Tommy conducts Duck & Goose combination hunting from last of May – June & July

Last of April through 3 rd week of May is Duck hunting ONLY
This Duck and Goose combination hunt has a 5 day min. The trip and itinerary below is for 6 days hunting which seems to work best and is the most popular. 99 percent of people choose to do 6 day itinerary with few of them adding day(s) to this.
Itinerary is for 8 days with 6 days of hunting. (two half days and 5 full days). Usually leave on Saturday and return home the next Sunday. Trip starts with your arrival in Buenos Aires about 8 AM. Here Travel service person (probably Gloria) will meet and assist you with gun permits and clearing custom. Then it is 3 - 3 ½ hour drive by van to duck hunting area.
Day 1: Upon arrival at the Duck area - after getting moved in and squared away, the bird boys will have everything ready for afternoon hunt, then returning to the lodge with plenty of time to clean up and have a drink & talk over the hunt before dinner. World famous Argentina beef, Bife de Lomo (tenderloin of the beef) or Costilla con Lomo (sirloin cut) along with varied Potatoes (papas) being the dinner choice the first couple of days you are in the country. It seems eating bread rolls with the butter they have here becomes addictive, maybe because it goes so well with the never ending flow of Vino-Fino-Tinto or Cervezas.
DAY 2: Wake up call at 5:30 am for a breakfast of bacon-eggs-toast, coffee-tea-juice, etc. Leave 6:30 am. Each person will be assigned a bird boy to get you in place, put out decoys and be ready for the Ducks at daylight (7:40am). Hunt till 10:30-11 am, take time for a few pictures and drive back to the lodge for lunch & siesta. Then about 3:30 pm go for afternoon Duck hunt.
DAY 3: Duck hunt of morning then back to Lodge pack up and after nice lunch will drive close to 5+ hour to Goose Lodge, maybe – if time permits Pigeon hunt. You will have option duck hunt later this morning.
DAY 4: Next morning Wake up call at 5 to 5:30am have breakfast and be in the field with Goose shell decoys setup before day light at 7:45 am and ready for the Geese. Hunt till 11 am will have time take some pictures and talk with other people in your group on drive back to lodge where you will wash up – have nice lunch then maybe take few more pictures with the other people & geese laid out, about 3:30 pm will go for afternoon Pigeon hunt.
Day 5: 6: Will be same as Day 4 - Up at 5 to 5:30am have breakfast and be in the field with Goose shell decoys setup before day light at 7:45 am and ready for the Geese. Hunt till 11:30 am - about 3:30 pm will go for afternoon Pigeon hunt
DAY 7: Last day after morning Goose hunt return lodge get packed up and after lunch – 1 pm leave for 5+ hour drive to Buenos Aires international airport where you will catch your flight back to states and connecting flights home.
